Hi.
First, introductions. I am Rabbi Richard Baroff. I lead a congregation in East Lansing Michigan. Previously I worked as a congregational rabbi for 16 years in Atlanta. I live in the Lansing area with my family.
I have a personal passion to see all the special holy spots on the earth. I have visited sacred locations in Greece, Rome, Cambodia, Mexico, Thailand, Canada, France, England, Switzerland, Peru and throughout the United States. I lived in Israel in the early 1980s and spiritually explored the holy places and buildings of three religions there: Judaism, Islam and Christianity. I will have much to say about all this.
Soon I will be traveling to Prague in the Czech Republic. I will be looking for both synagogues and churches that tell the story of this great city at the heart of central Europe.
